Training with a friend provides extra motivation to achieve your fitness goals. As always, these sessions are fun, challenging, and backed by solid science and research.

Nutrition Counseling

It's IMPOSSIBLE to outwork bad nutrition. Let's reengineer your diet so you can dramatically improve your health without sacrificing great taste and satisfaction.


Bring Two Friends

$200/hour

Like the song goes: three is a magic number. I've found three friends to be the perfect way to get the feeling of a team or group session without losing personalized advice and guidance.

Training via FaceTime

$75/hour

Sometimes it's inconvenient or impossible to take your training in person. Don't worry! I'm more than happy to discuss fitness, nutrition, and overall health via FaceTime.

Injury Prevention Training

$75/hour

A fun deep-dive into using a combination of yoga, Trigger Point Therapy, foam rolling, and stretching to help you stay injury-free as you chase your personal fitness goals.
